No - there is no onboard storage for media files. You will have to use a compatible media card. How do I transfer my images to the frame? Use a memory card reader to transfer your images to your media card. We recommend keeping a media card with the frame and one with your digital camera. Is it ok to run the frame 24/7? Yes - running the frame nonstop will not harm it. What is the life expectancy of the LCD? The LCD has a rating of 20,000 hours. Troubleshooting Guide The display is black or dark. Verify that the power supply is firmly attached and that you are pressing the power button. Also adjust the contrast by using the dial on the right side of the frame. "No Media Detected" error. Verify that you are using a compatible media card and that it is inserted into the frame correctly. If you have compatible files the frame should read the card and allow you to use it. If you are sure the media card is inserted correctly and it contains supported files and you still get the error try resizing your photos to a smaller size. Bubbles on LCD. The frame ships with a protective film on the LCD to protect it. Simply peel it off before using the frame. The image doesn't fill the LCD. If your image does not fill the entire LCD then the aspect ratio is not correct. If you want the image to fit you must crop and/or resize it to fit.
